Job Description and Responsibilities
- Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ), tender documentation, and technical specifications related to MEP services.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to manage design processes and ensure timely submission of drawings.
- Track execution progress at project sites, prepare monthly billing status reports, and monitor ongoing work.
- Coordinate across multiple disciplines to maintain adherence to project timelines specifically in MEP activities.
- Evaluate vendor proposals, conduct negotiations on pricing, and finalize the procurement lists for materials.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possess between 2 to 7 years of professional experience in commercial or residential MEP projects, holding positions such as Engineer or Associate Engineer.
- Educational qualification of Diploma or B.Tech from a recognized university; preference given to candidates with a B.Tech in Computer Science.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience in MEP coordination, implementation, and handling of commercial and residential projects.
