Role Responsibilities

• Perform all assigned duties with professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional quality, ensuring the fitness studio environment remains consistently excellent.
• Take responsibility for the upkeep, cleanliness, and overall presentation of the facility, including assistance with relocating gym equipment when necessary. This position demands a reasonable level of physical fitness.
• Create and maintain a warm, respectful, and customer-focused atmosphere for members and guests, handling all interactions courteously and professionally.
• Identify and promptly communicate any maintenance issues to the Fitness Manager to guarantee quick remedies and avoid operational disruptions.
• Conduct weekly inventory checks and deliver monthly stock order proposals to the Fitness Manager for approval prior to execution.
• Arrange and prepare studio spaces following class schedules and managerial guidance, ensuring all areas are safe, properly set up, and meet brand standards.
