Job Summary
The role entails representing Cosma’s healthcare offerings by visiting hospitals, interacting with doctors and medical staff, promoting products, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-presented, and eager to engage with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct frequent visits to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Develop and sustain professional relationships with doctors and hospital employees.
- Present and explain Cosma’s healthcare solutions effectively.
- Identify and cultivate new business leads through direct healthcare visits.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales and development goals.
- Perform consistent follow-ups with doctors and key medical contacts.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support sales-related activities.
- Maintain accurate daily records of visits, follow-up actions, and updates.
- Gather market intelligence and provide insights to management.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Medical Representative or in pharma/healthcare sales roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confident and professional demeanor.
- Ability to interact clearly and effectively with doctors and health practitioners.
- Willingness to travel for hospital and clinic engagements.
- Self-driven with a focus on meeting targets.
- Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors is advantageous.
