Overview

Gateway Gardens is recruiting skilled Med Passers who seek a favorable balance between their professional and personal lives. Offering 12-hour shifts with a schedule that allows for 3.5 days off and 3.5 days of work weekly, employees can enjoy 42 hours per week, which includes built-in overtime. This role invites empathetic, dependable individuals with a background in medication management to join our supportive team in Eugene, Oregon.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medication accurately and punctually to residents.
• Engage residents to participate actively in their daily routines.
• Maintain vigilance to ensure resident safety and well-being.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of six months of experience as a Med Passer.
• Demonstrated reliability and a consistent work history.
• Commitment to work a rotation of three 12-hour shifts plus one 6-hour shift per week.
• Successful completion of a drug screening and state background check.
• Willingness to perform caregiver duties while learning company procedures during the initial four weeks.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive starting wage ranging from $16.50 up to $23.51 per hour depending on experience.
• Additional pay: $2.00 per hour for night shift differential and $1.25 per hour campus differential.
• Sign-on bonus valued at $1,000.
