What You Will Do

• Ensure the operational availability and performance of our production machinery for technical adhesive tapes, with a particular focus on electrical and control engineering systems.
• Diagnose faults, conduct troubleshooting, and repair electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical system issues.
• Implement long-term corrective actions to support stable production processes.
• Manufacture and modify spare parts as needed.
• Confidently interpret and apply technical drawings, circuit diagrams, and documentation in daily tasks.
• Assist with machinery modifications and contribute to ongoing improvements of equipment and processes.

What We Expect From You

• Completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician or an equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of control technology, pneumatics, hydraulics, and proficiency in reading technical schematics.
• Strong analytical thinking and technical comprehension of system interrelations.
• Willingness to work shift hours within a three-shift system.
• Methodical, independent, and solution-oriented working approach.
• Team spirit, proactive attitude, and a high level of responsibility.
• Attention to detail, commitment to quality, and eagerness to learn continuously.
