Job description
Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join our team responsible for the assembly, testing, and quality assurance of mechanical and hydraulic equipment within a heavy engineering manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical and hydraulic systems according to company standards.
- Construct and evaluate hydraulic assemblies following established procedural guidelines.
- Operate safely in a heavy engineering manufacturing setting.
- Fulfill assigned production duties in adherence to production schedules.
- Build large steel fabrications and related hydraulic systems using drawings and parts lists.
- Ensure all work meets accuracy and quality requirements.
Required Skills and Experience
Candidates should have experience with mechanical and hydraulic assembly within similar industrial environments and a focus on quality workmanship and safety compliance.
