Job Overview

The role involves overseeing major projects that include developing new offshore platform bridges linked with existing facilities, installation of subsea pipelines, and debottlenecking produced water treatment systems. These activities take place across various international locations, with the offshore phase of the projects based in Qatar. Effective coordination is essential due to the complexity and the necessity to interface with multiple client entities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Associate degree or equivalent qualification (HND/BTS or company approved) in an engineering discipline.
• Experience at construction yards in installing wellhead platform equipment packages such as vessels, separators, pig launchers, solid treatment systems, chemical injection units, etc.
• Strong practical knowledge of relevant codes and standards including API, ISO, ASTM, NACE, and SSPC.
• Familiarity with client’s General Specifications and international standards such as AWS and API.
• Minimum of 12 years professional experience, with at least 8 years on similar projects.
• Proficient supervision skills with effective communication capabilities.
• Experience operating in complex, multicultural project environments.
• Computer proficiency in word processing, database management, spreadsheets, and email communications.
• Knowledge of DCC software tools such as PRODOM and/or MANASA.
• Familiarity with OPERCOM and ICAPS systems.
• Required safety training including H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET certifications.
• Mandatory English language proficiency.
