Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify customer needs and prioritize exceptional service.
• Lead, coach, and motivate meat department team members to drive success and promote personal growth.
• Ensure merchandising and operational standards are maintained at a high level.
• Take ownership of departmental sales performance and financial goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated excellent customer service skills with an ability to build lasting customer loyalty.
• Preference given to individuals with prior experience specific to the meat department.
• Foster a positive workplace through building strong relationships and engaging with colleagues.
• Previous management experience in retail or food service environments.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Hiring Range: Annual salary between $47,840 and $54,080, depending on experience and geographic location.
