Position Overview
We are seeking a Meat Cutter passionate about precision and detail. If you enjoy working with your hands and don't mind working in cold environments, this role is an excellent fit. The position involves mastering the traditional skills of hand-cutting fresh steaks according to our standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manually cutting fresh steaks as per specifications
- Interpreting and adhering to prep sheets
- Following Texas Roadhouse quality and portion guidelines
- Monitoring product yield accurately
- Arranging and maintaining the meat display case
- Proper use and upkeep of kitchen equipment
- Keeping the meat room and walk-in refrigerator clean and organized
- Adhering to proper storage and rotation methods
- Maintaining all safety and sanitation protocols
- Collaborating effectively within the team
