Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Hand-cutting fresh steaks according to company specifications.
• Interpreting prep sheets to ensure correct cuts and quantities.
• Tracking product yield accurately to minimize waste.
• Arranging meat in display cases for optimal presentation.
• Proper use and upkeep of kitchen and meat-cutting equipment.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the meat room walk-in cooler.
• Adhering to storage and food rotation guidelines to preserve freshness.
• Observing safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Collaborating effectively with team members to achieve operational goals.

Working Conditions and Compensation

This role involves working in cold environments and requires a detail-oriented approach. Pay ranges from $16.90 to $21.75 per hour.
