Measurement Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous Measurement Executive to accurately perform site measurements for residential interior design projects. The candidate will be responsible for precise measurement collection, preparation of comprehensive reports, collaboration with design and execution teams, and ensuring measurement accuracy to facilitate smooth project workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to measure rooms, walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and other structural components accurately.
• Create detailed measurement sheets and site reports.
• Work closely with interior designers to comprehend design specifications.
• Validate site dimensions prior to final design approval and production phases.
• Detect site limitations and communicate potential challenges for execution.
• Utilize laser measuring devices and other relevant tools proficiently.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and records of measurements.
• Ensure all measurements adhere to organizational standards.
• Coordinate with project execution teams to support design implementation.
• Assist designers by providing precise site information.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in site measurement techniques.
• Experience using laser measuring tools.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings effectively.
• Competence with Microsoft Excel and MS Office suite.

Qualification and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related disciplines.
• Experience ranging between 1 to 3 years in site measurement for home interiors, construction, or interior fit-out projects.
• Candidates fresh out of relevant academic programs with technical knowledge will also be considered.
