Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage full lifecycle implementation and technical delivery of IBM Maximo MAS 9 projects.
- Customize and configure Maximo Manage to meet specific business and technical needs.
- Create and maintain automation scripts, workflows, escalations, domains, cron jobs, and application design settings within Maximo.
- Design and build system integrations using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).
- Develop and support integrations employing REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and similar technologies.
- Handle Maximo data processes including migration, loading, validation, and reconciliation tasks.
- Identify and resolve advanced technical, integration, and operational issues related to Maximo/MAS.
- Collaborate closely with business and functional teams to convert requirements into technical solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation including design, configuration, and deployment guides.
- Provide mentorship and technical direction to Maximo development and support personnel.
- Conduct technical audits to ensure compliance with IBM Maximo/MAS standards, coding, security, and quality benchmarks.
- Support MAS deployments in containerized environments using Kubernetes and OpenShift.
- Engage in system testing, issue resolution, deployment activities, and ongoing production support.
- Communicate effectively with clients, offshore teams, and project managers to facilitate successful project delivery.
- Experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Facilities Management, Real Estate, or large-scale Maximo implementations is advantageous.
Required Skills
- Expertise in IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9)
- Proficiency with Maximo Manage configuration
- Strong knowledge of Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)
- Development of Automation Scripts, Workflows, and Escalations
- Configuration using Application Designer
- Integration development via REST and SOAP APIs
- Familiarity with JSON and XML data formats
- Strong SQL and database skills
- Experience in data migration techniques
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes and OpenShift in containerized MAS environments
- Technical implementation and post-deployment support of Maximo systems
