Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position based in Fujairah entails leading the carpentry aspects of bespoke interior projects from initial concept through to final delivery. The Master Carpenter will be responsible for interpreting technical plans, scheduling project stages, and collaborating with designers, project managers, and other trades to ensure precise and timely results. Daily duties include measuring and cutting materials, assembling and installing cabinetry, custom furnishings, structural components, and performing refined finish carpentry tasks. Supervising carpentry teams, ensuring safe use of hand and power tools, maintaining clean workspaces, and adhering to project deadlines and quality benchmarks are also vital parts of this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Advanced carpentry skills encompassing structural framing and finish carpentry work.
• Proficient and safe operation of hand and power tools with appropriate maintenance knowledge.
• Competent in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and interior design documents.
• Experience in leadership roles mentoring carpentry teams, managing workloads, and coordinating with other trades.
• Strong attention to detail, accurate measurement capabilities, and dedication to craftsmanship excellence.
• Background in bespoke interiors, cabinetry, furniture making, or upscale fit-outs is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work reliably on-site in Fujairah and adapt to varying project timelines.
• Formal vocational training or certification in carpentry with multiple years of senior-level hands-on experience preferred.
