Job Overview
The role of Massage Specialist at RIA SPA is a full-time on-site position in Riyadh. Specialists deliver professional massage treatments customized to meet client requirements, including relaxation, therapeutic, and wellness treatments. Responsibilities encompass greeting clients, performing short consultations to identify objectives and medical considerations, employing fitting massage techniques, and advising appropriate subsequent care. Maintenance of tidy treatment rooms, compliance with hygiene and safety rules, thorough session documentation, and cooperation with spa team members are essential. The Massage Specialist must maintain professionalism, safeguard client confidentiality, and foster a welcoming setting.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in body massage techniques such as general Body Massage and Therapeutic Massage.
- Expertise in Medical Massage and therapeutic treatment approaches promoting recovery and well-being.
- Knowledge of Shiatsu or similar modality-based techniques to offer diverse therapeutic methods.
- Holds accredited massage therapy certification or diploma.
- Understanding of human anatomy, contraindications, and safe practice protocols.
- Capable of conducting client consultations, exhibiting active listening, and customizing treatments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrating professionalism and respect.
- Dedicated to upholding cleanliness, hygiene, and professional ethical standards.
- Experience in spa, wellness, or clinical massage environments preferred.
- Available to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends as spa operations demand.
