Overview
The Marketing Manager will take charge of crafting and executing thorough marketing strategies to bolster the company's automotive brand presence, drive vehicle sales and aftersales services, generate qualified leads, and boost customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Devise and apply annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business and sales goals.
- Create budgets for vehicle sales, aftersales, parts, and related automotive business activities.
- Analyze market patterns, customer preferences, competitor actions, and new marketing opportunities.
- Formulate initiatives to enhance brand visibility, customer acquisition and retention, and increase market share.
- Supervise digital marketing efforts including social media, search engines, website, email, and other platforms.
- Launch lead-generation campaigns supporting vehicle sales and aftersales targets.
- Monitor web analytics, online inquiries, campaign engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders for SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and paid ads.
- Ensure digital assets consistently mirror the corporate brand identity and communication standards.
- Plan and roll out promotional activities for new and used vehicles, seasonal offers, launches, and special events.
- Align efforts with Sales and Aftersales to meet business needs through targeted campaigns.
- Assist product introductions, test drives, roadshows, exhibitions, and customer events.
- Produce promotional content and communication strategies to raise showroom traffic and sales inquiries.
- Maintain uniform application of corporate and automotive brand guidelines across all channels.
- Manage brand positioning, market presence, and customer perceptions.
- Oversee advertising materials, brochures, signage, showroom branding, and promotional collateral.
- Safeguard and enhance the company’s market reputation and image.
- Develop and implement a social media strategy and content calendar.
- Coordinate creation of multimedia content including vehicle photos, videos, reels, campaigns, customer stories, and product data.
- Track social media engagement, consumer feedback, reviews, and online reputation.
- Work with photographers, videographers, designers, content creators, and external agencies as necessary.
- Conduct ongoing market research into automotive trends, customer behavior, pricing, promotions, and competitors.
- Monitor competitor marketing, offers, digital visibility, and market stance.
- Provide management with actionable insights derived from market data.
- Organize automotive events, launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional and customer engagement activities.
- Administer event budgets, coordinate vendors, agencies, logistics, branding, and promotional materials.
- Initiate efforts to deepen customer engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate with CRM and Sales teams to develop customer acquisition and retention campaigns.
- Support campaigns for repeat customers focusing on vehicle upgrades, servicing, parts, accessories, and aftersales offerings.
- Analyze customer information and evaluate campaign effectiveness to refine future marketing strategies.
