Join us as a Market Street Baker to be the welcoming face of our fresh bakery section, dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences and showcasing traditional baking skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure our customers are confident in the availability of freshly baked products throughout trading hours.
- Maintain high-quality, fresh, and enticing food displays to promote sales continuously.
- Prepare a range of bakery items such as bread, rolls, doughnuts, and fruit-filled products according to company standards using appropriate equipment like provers, ovens, and mixers.
- Provide friendly, helpful customer service by going above and beyond to assist and create memorable shopping moments.
