Job Overview

We are looking for a diligent and experienced Marble Polishing Supervisor to oversee the entire housekeeping operations with a focus on marble polishing within the property. The ideal candidate will ensure cleanliness standards and supervise the cleaning staff effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness across all areas including rooms and public spaces, especially focusing on marble surfaces.
• Foster productive and professional relationships with housekeeping personnel, clients, and contractors.
• Provide support and guidance to the housekeeping team to deliver outstanding cleaning services.
• Oversee and conduct on-the-job training for cleaning staff to enhance skills and performance.
• Manage and keep accurate records related to finances, maintenance, and inventory supplies.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing housekeeping teams.
• Competency in budget control, managing supplies, replacements, and consumables.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
• Attention to detail with the ability to implement and uphold high cleanliness standards successfully.
