About the Role
Based in Waterford, Ireland, this is a fixed-term contract lasting 23 months, working full-time within Sanofi's syringe filling manufacturing operations. Multiple vacancies are available to cover various 24/7 shifts, including day and night shifts and a 4-on, 4-off 12-hour day schedule.
Role Overview
The Manufacturing Operations Team Member is key to achieving successful syringe filling processes. You'll be part of a cohesive operational team aligned with Sanofi's site business targets, ensuring adherence to quality and safety measures in production.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all products are manufactured following strict quality and safety protocols.
- Operate and manage equipment along production lines to meet output goals.
- Support production scheduling and maintain overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Complete all applicable standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training requirements.
- Follow aseptic techniques and procedures diligently.
- Observe all dress codes concerning current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and personal protective equipment (PPE) rules.
Candidate Profile
Essential:
- Previous experience in a cGMP-compliant manufacturing environment.
Desirable (Not essential):
- Experience in sterile manufacturing settings.
- Proficiency in operating, cleaning, and maintaining manufacturing machinery.
- Familiarity with MES/SCADA systems and SAP software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Good mechanical operations knowledge.
- Technical writing capabilities.
- Thorough understanding of cGMP standards.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Awareness of site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
