Manufacturing Engineer

Job Overview

Under the supervision of the Lead Manufacturing Engineer, the role focuses on applying manufacturing techniques and engineering procedures to establish, document, validate, uphold, and progressively enhance production processes.

You will play a vital role in ensuring engineering documentation complies with standards, while facilitating both the production process and the launch of new products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update manufacturing-related data such as Manufacturing Dossiers, MBOM, routings, work instructions, and NC programming within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
• Offer technical assistance to production teams and project groups.
• Assist in identifying root causes of issues and implement lasting corrective measures.
• Participate in Lean manufacturing initiatives and manage engineering changes through Change Control Boards (CCB).
• Adhere to and enforce Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Possesses at least 2 years experience in manufacturing engineering or industrialization sectors.
• Demonstrates proficiency in technical English communication.
• Has working knowledge of PLM platforms and related engineering software.
