Job description
Overview
We are seeking a Manager Transfer Pricing to join our tax advisory division at the earliest opportunity. This role involves advising multinational clients on optimizing tax strategies, assisting with the implementation of robust processes, and managing projects focused on operational transfer pricing.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate transfer pricing requirements with VAT regulations and customs processes.
- Incorporate transfer pricing tax requirements into ERP systems.
- Collaborate with international PwC teams across 157 countries to design, implement, and document cross-border transfer pricing frameworks.
- Evaluate intangible assets and model pricing and negotiation processes, defending them to tax authorities.
- Lead projects such as redesigning transfer pricing systems aligned with business strategy and analyzing consolidated margins throughout the value chain.
Candidate Profile
- Successful completion of studies in economics, business economics, business informatics, or law, with a desire to apply knowledge in a global tax context.
- Preferably completed or currently undergoing the tax advisor examination.
- At least 5 years of specialized professional experience in transfer pricing or an operational controlling role, along with solid accounting knowledge.
- Strong enthusiasm for interdisciplinary and international tax work with connections to corporate governance, controlling, and accounting.
- Excellent analytical skills to swiftly process complex tax topics.
- Fluent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
