Job Role and Training
The Manager Trainee program delivers comprehensive practical training across multiple areas including sales, operations, customer service, financial management, fleet oversight, and leadership. This role actively supports meeting sales targets and maintaining excellent customer service at the assigned location. Successful trainees can advance to Branch Manager within approximately 12 to 18 months.
Requirements
