About the Role
Express Food Company is seeking a highly skilled Talent Management Manager to spearhead the organization's talent strategy. This position, reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, is pivotal in crafting and executing talent management initiatives including performance evaluations, succession planning, leadership growth, and career advancement frameworks. The role aims to cultivate a high-performing culture supporting sustainable expansion within one of the region’s fastest-growing Quick Service Restaurant enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the Talent Management division encompassing Performance Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, and Talent Analytics.
- Create and implement talent management strategies that bolster organizational growth, workforce competence, and excellence.
- Design and apply performance frameworks that enhance accountability and employee development.
- Lead succession planning to ensure a robust pipeline of leadership and preparedness for critical roles.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify high-potential employees and develop personalized advancement plans.
- Develop leadership programs aligned with corporate growth goals.
- Set up talent review systems and promote data-driven talent decisions using analytics.
- Encourage a culture focused on learning, constructive feedback, and career progression throughout all organizational levels.
- Serve as senior talent consultant providing strategic insights to the Executive Leadership Team on talent and organizational development matters.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of advancing experience in Talent Management or HR, including a minimum of 3 years in leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in designing and managing performance management, succession, and leadership development in large multi-site organizations.
- Experience within the QSR, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Retail, FMCG, or Manufacturing sectors is desirable.
- Track record in building talent pipelines and enhancing organizational capabilities in dynamic, growth-oriented environments.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in leveraging talent and workforce data for strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement, coaching, and communication skills.
- Preferred professional certifications include SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or equivalents.
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
