Job description
Role Overview
As the Talent Linkage & Engagement Manager based in Kigali, Rwanda, you will play a critical role in connecting skilled youth to sustainable employment by managing the entire talent linkage and engagement process. You will lead efforts to optimize candidate pipelines, collaborate closely with employer-facing teams, and ensure efficient placement outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence within the talent linkage and engagement function.
- Manage and optimize candidate pipelines to secure timely placements.
- Coordinate closely with employer-facing teams to align talent availability with demand.
- Lead candidate engagement, communication, and placement journey oversight.
- Leverage data and insights to enhance placement success and employer satisfaction.
- Ensure precise tracking and reporting of candidate, placement, and employment metrics.
- Develop and lead a high-performing Talent Linkage & Engagement team.
- Promote equitable access to employment opportunities, focusing on marginalized youth.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related area.
- Has 2 to 3+ years of experience in areas such as high-volume recruitment, talent acquisition, or workforce placement.
- Demonstrated success in managing candidate pipelines with proven hiring outcome metrics.
- Experienced in collaboration with hiring managers and recruitment panels.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency with advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
- Data-driven with ability to convert insights into impactful actions.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of French is an added advantage.
- Passionate about youth development, employment, and social impact initiatives.
