Role Overview
Based in Letterkenny with a hybrid work setup requiring 2-3 onsite days per week, the Manager of Talent Acquisition Enablement will be central to refining daily Talent Acquisition (TA) operations. This role involves ensuring the harmonious integration of tools, processes, and standards to empower recruiters in delivering scalable, high-quality hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and continuously enhance TA processes to ensure efficiency, consistent service delivery, and an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience. This includes defining and monitoring service level agreements, identifying gaps, and implementing solutions.
- Manage the TA technology landscape, including ATS platforms, assessments, and AI-driven tools, collaborating closely with People Services, Technology, and external vendors to improve adoption and system integration. Maintain knowledge bases such as SharePoint to document tools and processes.
- Drive consistent recruitment practices by supporting structured interviewing methods, candidate management, and guidelines that enable recruiters to maintain high standards.
- Implement and support evolving capabilities like AI recruiting tools, assessments, and mechanisms to preserve candidate integrity and prevent fraud, while monitoring emerging risks for continuous advancement.
- Generate and analyze reports on TA operational metrics, pipeline health, service quality, and technology usage. Manage feedback from hiring managers, candidates, and onboarding phases to inform improvements.
- Champion recruiter development through onboarding, training, and ongoing skill enhancement programs including bootcamps and initiatives like employee referrals and flexible team management.
- Support governance of agency and vendor engagements by assisting with contracts, compliance, and performance monitoring in alignment with procurement and legal requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Experience or knowledge of Talent Acquisition operations, recruiting enablement, or TA technology within a complex organizational setting.
- Proficient understanding of recruitment workflows, tools (such as ATS/CRM), interview procedures, and pipeline management.
- Experience managing multiple systems and vendors and driving tool or process adoption.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Effective problem-solving skills emphasizing execution and continuous optimization.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with recruiters, People Experience teams, and other support functions.
- Clear and practical communication skills, capable of translating data and processes into actionable insights.
