Overview
Join Flywire as a Manager in Talent Acquisition for the Asia-Pacific region, where passion, collaboration, and innovation drive our mission to deliver complex payments globally. Flywire supports over 5,100 clients across education, healthcare, travel, and B2B worldwide, employing 1,400+ professionals in 15 offices. This role partners closely with senior leaders to attract exceptional talent, leveraging AI and strategic insights to transform recruiting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across APAC covering technical, corporate, and leadership roles.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop aligned hiring strategies supporting business goals.
- Provide coaching to hiring managers on interviewing techniques, inclusive hiring practices, and market trends.
- Lead initiatives to enhance recruiting workflows, operations, and candidate experiences.
- Coordinate with HR, Compensation, Finance, Immigration, Procurement, and Legal teams during hiring processes.
- Build diverse talent pools through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
- Utilize recruiting analytics and dashboards to analyze trends and enhance hiring performance.
- Deploy AI-powered recruiting tools to boost efficiency in sourcing, interview prep, and insights.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws relevant to APAC markets.
- Mentor recruiting staff to elevate team capabilities and performance.
- Support executive-level hiring and confidential recruitment projects.
- Promote a candidate experience that embodies Flywire’s employer brand and values.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in Talent Acquisition with increasing responsibility.
- At least 2 years experience leading or mentoring recruiting teams.
- Proven success recruiting across multiple APAC countries.
- Strong track record hiring for technical and business positions.
- Influential relationship-building skills with senior management.
- Data-driven approach using recruitment metrics for decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to details and task management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience within SaaS, FinTech, Payments, or technology sectors.
- Knowledge of global and multi-regional recruiting operations.
- Leading recruiting transformation and executive search initiatives.
- Familiarity with Workday Recruiting, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters, GoodTime, Gem, Ashby.
- Understanding APAC labor markets including Australia, India, China, and Japan.
AI and Technology Integration
- Established usage of AI tools to enhance recruiting quality and efficiency.
- Skill in applying generative AI for sourcing, interview preparation, writing, and operations.
- Critical evaluation of AI outputs ensuring sound recruiting decisions.
- Continuous learning mindset for AI advancements and best practice sharing.
