We are seeking a seasoned Healthcare Data and Analytics Manager to lead data-driven healthcare initiatives, ensuring the delivery of impactful insights and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the collection, storage, and analysis of healthcare-related data ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with pertinent regulations.
• Develop and enforce data governance standards and processes.
• Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team comprising data analysts, engineers, and scientists to foster a strong analytics culture.
• Collaborate extensively with internal and external stakeholders to design and execute data-driven strategies aimed at enhancing clinical results and operational performance.
• Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators and metrics.
• Produce detailed reports and interactive dashboards targeted at varied audiences, ensuring clarity and accessibility of insights.
• Work in close partnership with IT, clinical, and operations teams to tailor data solutions that meet organizational needs.
• Promote a culture embracing data-driven decision-making throughout the company.
• Keep abreast of technological trends and best practices in healthcare analytics, driving continuous improvements in analytics capabilities.

Required Qualifications and Expectations

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, health informatics, computer science, or a closely related field.
• At least five years of professional experience in data analytics with a minimum of three years specifically in healthcare analytics.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams.
• Willingness to travel when necessary and work additional or unconventional hours in line with local legislation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degrees such as Master's or Ph.D. in relevant disciplines.
• Certifications in healthcare data analytics or allied fields.
• Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics approaches.
• Strong familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulations such as HIPAA.

Technical Skills

• Competency with analytics tools including SAS, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, and similar software solutions.
• In-depth understanding of healthcare datasets, encompassing EMR/EHR systems, claims information, and clinical records.
