Job Overview
As a Manager - Projects at Cool Wind HVAC Systems in Mumbai, you will lead critical HVAC system design initiatives, including specifications and documentation, to ensure efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee creation of HVAC designs, including Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and heat load calculations.
- Develop precise architectural and engineering drawings using AutoCAD software.
- Collaborate regularly with consultants, clients, and site teams to address and solve design challenges.
- Manage all project-related documentation including submissions, regulatory approvals, and completion of as-built drawings to facilitate seamless implementation.
