Role Summary
Reporting to the Chief Investment & Business Development Officer, the PMO Manager will be essential in managing project governance and supporting business growth activities. The role involves setting PMO standards, overseeing portfolio reporting, tracking project performance, and maintaining governance mechanisms. Additionally, the manager will aid in discovering, assessing, and advancing new development and investment ventures.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new development and investment opportunities aligned with the organization’s expansion strategy.
- Build and nurture relationships with landowners, developers, brokers, consultants, and other external stakeholders to facilitate deal origination.
- Implement and uphold PMO governance frameworks, including project controls, risk management, reporting protocols, and performance dashboards.
- Aggregate project data across portfolios, oversee program performance, and deliver prompt reports covering schedules, budgets, risks, and milestones.
- Prepare high-level reports and presentations furnishing insights to guide decision-making.
- Maintain dashboard reporting and analytics to track portfolio health and pipeline advancement.
- Coordinate the handover of qualified opportunities to delivery teams while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders during project execution.
- Guarantee the integrity, consistency, and accuracy of portfolio and pipeline data across all reports.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, or similar fields, coupled with PMP certification.
- Demonstrated experience managing PMO functions in complex projects, development, or investment environments.
- Prior tenure at a prominent consulting firm and exposure to real estate development or significant infrastructure projects.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Familiarity with project management and scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
Location and Work Pattern
This is a full-time, office-based role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
