Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support to Sales Consultants to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Manage all aspects of Case Management in coordination with Sales Consultants, encompassing stages from initial quotations to policy inception and subsequent phases.
  • Act as a liaison among bankers, trustees, insurance carriers, and clients to ensure seamless management of insurance cases.
  • Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of medical examinations, including re-tests or additional tests as needed.
  • Accompany clients to medical examinations and assist in the collection of relevant client data when necessary.
  • Guarantee that all information and application documents are accurately completed, organized, and compliant with standards.
  • Maintain strict adherence to compliance guidelines at all stages of the application process.
  • Ensure meticulous record-keeping for every application managed.
  • Keep updated reports on the status of pending insurance cases and active policies.
  • Provide timely and precise reports to bank partners and management teams.
  • Handle client-related administrative matters such as travel arrangements and medical reimbursement processes.
  • Perform other responsibilities and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree holder, preferably complemented by professional insurance certifications.
  • At least three years of pertinent experience with a solid understanding of life insurance products and processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities combined with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, showcasing robust problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills conducive to productive work relationships.
