Overview

IGT Solutions is a forward-thinking customer experience organization specializing in delivering digital transformation services through modern technologies to global clients. This role based in Gurugram involves managing and optimizing Azure cloud infrastructure and associated IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Azure Active Directory including Connect, application registration, single sign-on integrations, password hash and pass-through authentication, and leveraging P1 and P2 license benefits.
• Support Azure Virtual Desktop (WVD), VPN setups, and ExpressRoute configurations.
• Oversee MS365 services such as Mobile Application Management, Mobile Device Management, Teams, and Intune environments.
• Administer Microsoft Active Directory focusing on user/device management, group policy enforcement, and system upgrades.
• Understand fundamental networking such as subnetting and VLAN implementations.
• Maintain security tools and configurations including Fortinet SASE cloud-delivered security features, Cisco networking equipment, and network security appliances.
• Manage cloud security and zero trust models with Fortinet and Netskope, configuring policies and user groups.
• Handle backup solutions via Dell EMC Networker and Backup Exec for data backup and recovery tasks.
• Implement security governance using Microsoft Purview and Defender platforms.
• Support Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure management including Acropolis Operating System (AOS), Prism interface, virtualization, troubleshooting, monitoring, and automation.
• Maintain Windows environments through upgrades, security enhancements, event log analysis, and business continuity management.
• Handle client management systems such as Helix for patch management, remote support, discovery, and monitoring.

Requirements

• Basic proficiency in networking concepts such as subnetting and VLAN.
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet SASE, SD-WAN architectures, and cloud integration.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities in both networking and cybersecurity domains.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services, including Azure AD and IaaS implementations.
• Experience working with backup and restoration tools such as Dell EMC NetWorker and Backup Exec.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and endpoint management solutions such as Intune and MDM.
• Skills in virtualization and management of Nutanix HCI platforms.
