Role Overview

As a Manager in Intelligence at the Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore, you will be pivotal in identifying and preventing infringements related to the Road Traffic Act and other relevant legislations under LTA's jurisdiction. Your key function includes gathering, enriching, and analyzing diverse data to generate actionable intelligence reports that facilitate informed decision-making.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Utilize specialized statistical, visualization, and data analytic techniques to detect current trends and interconnections within large datasets.
• Collaborate with external agencies and investigate innovative technological approaches for improving data analytics and streamlining intelligence workflows.

Candidate Profile and Skills Required

• Possess knowledge in any academic discipline.
• Have relevant experience in intelligence or analytical roles.
• Demonstrate a strong ethical foundation, self-motivation, inquisitiveness, creativity, and resourcefulness, thriving in a dynamic and demanding work environment.
• Exhibit clear and effective oral and written communication skills.
• Show proficiency in conducting thorough research methods to obtain and assess pertinent information and employ analytical techniques to extract insights, draw conclusions, and propose recommendations.
• Have the ability to critically assess viewpoints logically and approach issues from various perspectives to provide sound evaluations.
