About the Opportunity
A prominent Technology Company in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager. This critical position functions as the principal support to the Head of HR and spearheads the implementation of workforce strategies in a dynamic, technically oriented setting.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the key deputy to the Head of HR, facilitating the delivery of people strategies and priorities organization-wide.
- Provide strategic advice to business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and essential headcount decisions focused on domains such as engineering, cybersecurity, automation, and sustainability.
- Manage the entire talent lifecycle including sourcing, selection, onboarding, and confirmation for specialist and critical job roles.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards by supporting internal and external HR audit preparations.
- Develop workforce analytics and reporting tools that offer leadership transparent insights into organizational risks and readiness.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Brings over 8 years of progressive experience in HR or human capital management, with a preference for those with business-partnering roles.
- Experience in technology, engineering, infrastructure, or telecommunications sectors is highly advantageous.
- Knowledgeable about Singapore employment law; professional certifications such as IHRP, SHRM, or CIPD are beneficial.
- Skilled in Human Capital systems, workforce analytics, and proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- A collaborative and discreet professional who thrives in fast-paced, adaptable environments.
