Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a Manager for HR Compliance Consulting and HR Managed Services to join our Tax Advisory division based in Frankfurt. This role involves leading both national and international HR projects and requires managing teams as well as network expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead acquisition and execution of international and national projects within the HR domain.
- Drive pitches and proposal development, create strategic documents, foster team growth, and expand corporate networks.
- Support projects related to HR compliance, including audits, process optimization, design, outsourcing and insourcing of HR processes along with their systems and interfaces.
- Oversee HR Managed Services tasks such as payroll processing with client technology, administration projects, and act in a HR Business Partner capacity.
- Hold personnel responsibility and provide leadership to (inter)national teams, motivating them toward high performance.
- Manage project control and steering activities effectively.
Candidate Profile
- Completed studies in economics, law, HR management, or a closely related field, or comparable professional experience following vocational training.
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in HR functions such as HR Business Partner, HR Operations team leadership, or payroll.
- Experience in client acquisition and project team leadership is advantageous.
- Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
- A work style marked by strong commitment, solution focus, teamwork, and professionalism in client interactions.
