Role Overview
This role involves managing employee relations, retention, talent acquisition, and serving as an HR business partner. The position oversees approximately 150 employees, including R&D design engineers and corporate staff.
Working Conditions
- Work location: OMR, Chennai
- Working days: Monday to Friday, with every alternate Saturday as a half-day
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range from 70,000 to 90,000 INR monthly including bonus
