Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a Manager for our Financial Services Tax division to join us promptly. In this role, you will provide expert tax advisory services to various financial sector clients including Private Equity, Asset & Wealth Management, Insurance, Banking, and Capital Markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive tax consulting to companies across different financial sectors, handling all tax-related issues.
- Review tax returns, prepare assessments, and assist with tax audits on behalf of clients.
- Develop innovative tax strategies, optimize corporate structures, and advise on restructuring, acquisitions, and cross-border tax planning.
- Gradually assume leadership responsibilities and mentor team members.
- Collaborate interdisciplinarily with specialists from our global network to provide integrated solutions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Successfully passed or soon to pass the German tax advisor examination.
- Several years of practical experience in corporate tax consulting with preferably a focus on the financial sector.
- Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken German.
- Strong structured approach in analyzing complex issues, with a sense of responsibility, enthusiasm for teamwork, and high commitment.
- Applicants should specify their area of interest among Private Equity, Asset & Wealth Management, Insurance, or Banking & Capital Markets.
