Manager (Doctrine and Training)

Role Overview

This role involves creating and assessing doctrine and training programs that support peacetime operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate competency requirements of Supply vocationalists and tailor training programs to meet organizational goals.
• Formulate and revise guiding principles to accomplish operational and military tasks effectively.
• Collaborate with the Army Logistics Training Institute in crafting engaging and impactful training curricula for Supply personnel.
• Conduct assessments to measure training effectiveness and use insights to enhance programs.
• Oversee the execution of training initiatives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to secure commitment and alignment.

Challenges

• Keeping updated with evolving competency and training needs within the Supply domain.
• Developing a deep understanding of the Supply Formation’s operations and associated military tasks.

Qualifications and Skills

• A background in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Facilities Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or Human Resource Management is desirable.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management.
• Open to applicants without previous work experience.
