Riyadh Air (RX) is the new national airline based in Saudi Arabia's capital, aiming to revolutionize aviation by transforming the Kingdom into a global hub for air travel and trade. The airline plans to connect Saudi Arabia to over 100 international destinations through a digitally native approach.
Role Overview
The Manager DevSecOps will spearhead the creation of secure, scalable digital platforms with high velocity and zero compromise. This critical position covers Adobe web platforms and native mobile applications for iOS and Android.
The successful candidate will define strategic DevSecOps roadmaps, set standards, and develop tooling, leading a distributed team embedded within product squads. This leader will oversee continuous integration and delivery pipelines, automation frameworks, platform capabilities, and ensure alignment with overall enterprise digital, cloud, security, and architectural roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and enhancement of CI/CD pipelines and automation within Adobe platforms and mobile apps.
- Define and implement enterprise-aligned DevSecOps strategies, standards, and tooling.
- Manage and lead distributed platform engineering teams embedded across product groups.
- Ensure integration of DevSecOps practices across the product lifecycle in partnership with product and engineering leadership.
- Oversee setup, configuration, and continuous management of modern development environments and platforms.
- Balance scalability, delivery speed, and risk reduction in all platform initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least 7 years of professional experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or platform engineering roles.
- Hands-on expertise with Adobe digital platforms and mobile CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Proficiency in containers and automation tools used in modern software delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to lead distributed platform engineering teams.
- Advanced understanding of Angular frameworks, web applications, and UI/UX principles is highly desirable.
