Role Location and Overview
This position is based in Edinburgh, Scotland, and involves key responsibilities in designing, delivering, and reviewing Cyber IAM services. As Manager, you will lead IAM engagements, develop EY's IAM capabilities alongside alliance partners, and provide expert advice on security architectures and cyber defense optimization.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IAM projects, including planning, stakeholder management, meeting quality and timeline targets, and managing geographically distributed teams.
- Provide specialist technical and strategic direction to ensure successful delivery of IAM solutions.
- Identify sales opportunities and contribute to marketing and proposal development for IAM services.
- Mentor and develop team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional growth.
- Create market thought leadership materials promoting EY's Cyber and IAM offerings.

Required Experience and Expertise
- Hands-on exposure in one or more IAM domains such as Identity Governance, Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Consumer Identity, or OT IAM.
- Experience deploying IAM technologies such as Saviynt, Clear Skye, SailPoint, CyberArk, Entra, OneIdentity, BeyondTrust, Okta, Ping, or ForgeRock.
- Project management experience in IAM solution deployments using waterfall and/or agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with IAM governance frameworks covering processes, controls, organization, and infrastructure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Business analysis experience specific to IAM.
- Experience developing IAM assessment, strategy, and roadmaps.
- Design and implementation experience of IAM solutions in client transformations.
- Industry sector knowledge including Government, Energy, Retail, Life Sciences, Telecoms, or Transport.
- Experience in IAM proposition development and leadership in complex client engagements.
Additional Requirements and Conditions
The successful candidate must pass UK Security Check clearance standards, involving identity verification, employment history, and criminal background checks. Eligibility requirements include UK nationality or residency in the UK for at least five years, with no more than six months spent outside the UK.
