Job description

Role Overview

This position entails managing a diverse portfolio of courses by collaborating with trainers, private operators, and partners. The incumbent will analyze industry trends and apply guidelines to uphold professional standards for trainers and operators. The role focuses on promoting, expanding, and sustaining courses across community clubs, regional centres, and other hubs. Responsibilities include strengthening relationships with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance through monitoring and audits, recruiting diverse courses for varied demographics, and enhancing outreach through collaboration with community and corporate entities. Additionally, the role supports national initiatives aimed at underserved groups, uses social media for course promotion, and participates in transformation projects to optimize operations and boost participation rates.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the assigned course portfolio by engaging new and existing partners and networks.
  • Conduct research on market trends and industry practices to recommend and enforce guidelines that ensure high-quality course management standards.
  • Collaborate with trainers and partners to develop new courses and repackage existing ones for deployment at community hubs such as CCs, RCs, RNs, and NCs.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of national-level initiatives targeting hard-to-reach segments of the community.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with community and corporate organizations to broaden course outreach to residents.
  • Maintain strong relationships with industry partners and advisory panels to uphold course quality and trainer competency.
  • Contribute to transformation projects aimed at refining operational processes and enhancing course participation.
  • Support continuous improvements in processes, policies, and workflows aligning with organizational goals.
  • Engage in inter-agency and division-level projects to bolster community programming and resident involvement.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with key stakeholders and opinion leaders. Actively seek to onboard new partners to expand organizational networks.
  • Leverage social media and other publicity platforms to increase course visibility and resident engagement.
  • Support various events and projects that showcase courses and interest groups.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by senior management as necessary.

Additional Information

This role reports directly to the Senior Manager and involves providing functional and operational support to ensure seamless course development and delivery.
