Overview
Penspen is seeking an experienced Manager - Contracts to join a major Gas processing project located in Abu Dhabi.
Qualifications
- Possession of an Engineering Degree from any discipline is mandatory.
Professional Experience
- A total of at least 20 years' work experience is required.
- Out of these, a minimum of 10 years should have been spent managing contracts within oil and gas EPC projects.
- Applicants must have held the position of Contracts Manager on large scale oil and gas projects, preferably within the GCC region.
- Familiarity with regional legal and contract terms and processes is essential.
- Experience working on ADNOC projects is considered a strong advantage.
- Proven capability in contract drafting, negotiation, claim handling, and implementing risk mitigation measures.
