Job description

Carry out comprehensive site assessments including analysis of boundaries, terrain, and development obstacles.
Collaborate with liaison architects to grasp local norms, regulations, and necessary approvals related to mixed-use developments.
Thoroughly evaluate concept designs to confirm they align with the project's design vision, local compliance standards, space utilization needs, and operator requirements.
Examine and verify designs and drawings provided by consultants specializing in structural, MEP/services, interior design, landscape, facade, lighting, acoustics, and audio-visual systems.
Work closely with local architects and consultants to ensure prompt preparation of good-for-construction (GFC) drawings and transfer these to the project team.
Review and negotiate any deviations or changes proposed in detailed architectural plans, incorporating inputs from leasing, RET/Operations, and Projects teams with local design professionals.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress, address project team needs, and ensure compliance with budget, schedules, and design intentions.
Analyze reports monitoring stages such as concept design, schematic design, design development, GFC drawing preparation, construction phase, and project handover.

Possess 10 to 15 years of experience in architecture and planning within the real estate sector, including at least 5 years focused on residential and commercial development projects.
Familiarity with current architectural design tendencies in the real estate field.
In-depth knowledge of local regulations affecting project design and development processes.
Experienced in project conceptualization, design, and planning methodologies.
