Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Architect Manager to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions tailored for enterprise clients. This client-facing leadership role demands deep expertise in artificial intelligence technologies, strategic advisory skills, and the capacity to guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide trusted advisory on emerging AI technologies such as generative AI, agentic AI, decision intelligence, industrial AI, and digital twin applications within enterprise contexts.
• Design and define enterprise-scale AI architectures that incorporate LLM-based solutions, MLOps, agent orchestration, data pipelines, and integrate seamlessly with ERP and CRM platforms including SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
• Implement best practices in AI trustworthiness, risk management, governance, and compliance aligned with regulations such as GDPR, PDPL, and NDMO.
• Lead architectural decisions across cloud AI infrastructure platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and oversee model deployment frameworks, including edge and on-device AI implementations where appropriate.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of complex AI initiatives, from proof of concept through production scaling, collaborating closely with engineering, data science, and consulting teams to ensure solutions meet scalability, performance, and security standards.
• Drive the creation and industrialization of AI assets into reusable accelerators and intellectual property to benefit the firm.
• Mentor and develop AI architects, engineers, and consultants to advance individual and organizational capabilities.
• Contribute actively to the growth of the AI consulting practice by supporting go-to-market strategies, client engagement proposals, and thought leadership participation.
• Represent Deloitte in industry events, conferences, and workshops as a recognized AI architecture expert.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 8 to 10 years of relevant professional experience with a minimum of 4 years specializing in AI/ML architecture roles.
• Background in consulting or advisory roles, preferably within Big 4 firms, leading consulting organizations, or global system integrators.
• Technical proficiency in:
  • Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, and agent-based AI systems
  • MLOps, data engineering, and cloud-native AI solutions across platforms like GCP, Azure, and AWS
  • Enterprise applications including ERP, CRM, and HRM systems
  • AI security protocols, governance frameworks, and compliance standards
• Proven history of managing large, cross-functional AI projects and teams.
• Strong business acumen that facilitates translating intricate AI concepts into compelling, executive-level communications demonstrating measurable business value.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, AI, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the GCC region (50-75% travel time).

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic is beneficial.
• Relevant professional certifications in AI or related fields add value.
• Contributions to thought leadership through publications or articles on AI topics are a plus.
