Management Trainee

Overview

The Management Trainee position offers a focused, comprehensive training experience aimed at grooming future leaders in the commercial interior fit-out sector. This role involves rotational exposure to critical functions such as design, cost estimation, project oversight, and client engagement to understand the full lifecycle of commercial space development.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support senior project managers in managing daily site activities and monitoring project progress.
• Assist in preparing detailed material quantity take-offs, budget projections, and client proposal documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and architects to ensure project timelines are adhered to.
• Participate in client meetings to document discussions and assist in the compilation of project update reports.
• Explore and research innovative building materials, sustainability practices, and workflow optimizations to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in fields such as Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration.
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication, fundamental problem-solving abilities, and solid organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Office suite; familiarity with AutoCAD or basic project management software is advantageous.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm to learn, adaptability to dynamic construction environments, and high attention to detail.
