Role Overview

Join us as a Management Trainee where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and shape your career towards branch management. Our trainees learn by hands-on experience, taking responsibility from day one, building a leadership path as most of our executives, including the CEO, have started this way.

Key Responsibilities

• Take early ownership of daily operational business tasks.
• Gain practical exposure in customer service, sales, business management, and finance.
• Enhance your sales and negotiation capabilities.
• Establish authentic customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop entrepreneurial thinking, managing revenue and cost control.
• Progress gradually into leadership roles.

Candidate Profile

• Completed university degree.
• Drive to take initiative and embrace responsibility.
• Experience and enthusiasm for customer interaction, sales, and teamwork.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
• Hold a German or EU driver's license with at least one year of driving experience.
• Hold a maximum of 3 demerit points in the German traffic register (Flensburg), proof required.
• No alcohol or drug-related traffic violations.
• Applicants from tourism, hospitality, or sales backgrounds are welcome even with a completed vocational training and relevant professional experience.

Career Progression

• Complete the trainee program in approximately 10 months.
• Afterward, promotion to Management Assistant.
• Opportunity to become branch manager within two years.
