About the Programme

A leading global technology company is inviting motivated recent graduates to participate in its Management Associate Programme based in Singapore. This is a structured, two-year rotational initiative designed to provide participants with comprehensive exposure across critical business functions. The programme emphasizes involvement in impactful projects, interaction with senior management, and opportunities for international experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete multiple rotations across diverse departments within the organisation to gain a wide-ranging understanding of business operations.
• Contribute actively to strategic and operational projects aligned with important company priorities.
• Collaborate closely with senior leaders to develop commercial insight and strategic skills.
• Obtain exposure to both domestic and global markets throughout the programme.
• Final placement and rotation assignments will be made considering business needs, individual strengths, and future career goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Possess up to two years of full-time professional experience.
• Demonstrate a strong interest in gaming along with understanding player behaviors, acquired through personal involvement or relevant experience.
• Experience or familiarity with artificial intelligence tools and technology applications is a plus.
• Exhibit intellectual curiosity, strong analytical capabilities, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
• Be comfortable handling uncertainty, taking initiative, stepping outside comfort zones, and persevering in a dynamic international environment.
