Overview
We are seeking a fluent Malayalam-speaking Telecalling Executive for a full-time position based in Thousand Lights, Chennai. The role involves managing outbound and inbound customer calls with a focus on achieving targets and providing excellent communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in clear and effective communication in Malayalam, which is essential for this role.
- Conduct telemarketing, telesales, and outbound voice processes.
- Manage customer interactions through both outbound and inbound calls.
- Work towards meeting specific performance targets.
- Be willing to work on weekends to meet business needs.
Requirements
- Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.
- Relevant experience in telemarketing, telesales or outbound voice-based roles.
- Prior background in handling target-driven jobs.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Availability for immediate joining is preferred.
Compensation Details
The salary offered for this position ranges from ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month.
