About the Team

You will join the Maintenance and Facilities team supporting warehouse operations by maintaining a clean, fully stocked, and efficient work environment. This role is fully onsite and plays a key role in promoting a positive culture in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily general maintenance and repair tasks.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as automated conveyor systems, compressors, and boilers.
• Execute basic handyman functions including electrical work, carpentry, painting, and plumbing.
• Assist with installing new equipment and ensure ongoing optimal asset conditions.
• Apply safety protocols rigorously as a top priority.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues throughout their lifecycle.
• Understand and implement Red Tagging processes.
• Use basic computer skills including email and Microsoft Office applications.
• Maintain a valid driver's license.
• Work independently with strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Perform physically demanding tasks including climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and lifting objects up to 50 lbs.

Candidate Profile

• Strong foundation in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing machinery failures, and troubleshooting power and hand tools.
• Detail-oriented with thorough inspection and repair capabilities.
• Familiar with software tools for diagnostics, maintenance management, and communication.
• Physically capable of standing, pushing, pulling, and bending as required by the role.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
• Advanced understanding of electrical systems.

Compensation

The hourly pay range is $25 to $32, with specific compensation based on candidate skills, qualifications, and location. The company aligns pay with market data relevant to their industry and size.
