Key Responsibilities

  • Timely completion of maintenance requests.
  • Lawn maintenance duties including mowing, edging, and weed control.
  • Plumbing repair knowledge focusing on water and sewer systems.
  • General maintenance and repair of mobile homes including painting and light electrical work.
  • Routine upkeep of grounds and park cleanliness.
  • Operation of vehicles for supply pickup or offsite business tasks.
  • Regular communication and reporting to supervisors.
  • Availability to handle after-hours emergency calls responsibly.
  • Dedication to performing all job duties with full attention and aiming for employer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to perform additional typical duties and tasks as assigned.

Physical and Working Conditions

  • Consistent and reliable attendance required.
  • Work schedule includes Monday to Friday with possible on-call duties.
  • Capable of working at least 8 hours per day with occasional extended hours for emergencies.
  • Physical tasks include climbing, kneeling, crouching, bending, crawling, pushing, pulling, and lifting items of 50 pounds or more with support.
  • Ability to operate lawn care and repair machinery such as mowers, weedeaters, and backhoes.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and move around the community by foot, including stair climbing and ladder use.
  • Use of a company app on a personal phone to manage maintenance tickets, with a $25 bi-weekly phone stipend provided.
