About the Role

Our service centers are key to this mission, and our Maintenance Technicians are essential to keeping equipment and facilities functioning reliably.
This is an evergreen hiring opportunity located at our Springfield, MO Service Center, encompassing multiple shifts. Your application will be considered for any future openings aligned with your skills and preferred schedule.
Primary Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical equipment malfunctions to maintain smooth operation.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and thorough inspections of machinery and systems.
- Support facility upkeep tasks, including plumbing repairs, painting, drywall work, and general cleaning duties.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify patterns of recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA regulations and Tosca’s safety standards during all maintenance activities.
- Apply Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures expertly to ensure safety when servicing equipment.
Candidate Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance roles.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety protocols, particularly LOTO procedures.
- Electrical expertise encompassing reading schematics, working with PLCs, handling 480V 3-phase power, DC motors, Yaskawa AC drives, wiring, and control logic.
- Mechanical knowledge with emphasis on hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and industrial control systems.
- Experience with boiler systems or MIG/TIG welding is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work overtime hours when required.
Shift Availability
- First Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Second Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
