Overview
Pegasus Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician located in Savannah, GA. The role involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks, demonstrating strong customer service, and contributing in a fast-paced and enthusiastic work environment.
Compensation and Benefits

Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong customer service capabilities
- Positive attitude with eagerness to learn new skills
- Proficiency or willingness to learn plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, drywall, and minor carpentry
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
- EPA certification and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) credential preferred
- Experience with heat pumps is desired but not required
